## Description

Ridgid® FlexShaft® cables are essential to providing the flexibility, cleanliness, and efficiency of FlexShaft® high speed drain cleaning machines. LiveCore Cables™ are the standard, most flexible cable that can be operated in forward and reverse. These cables are gold in color and will give you the most flexibility. LiveCore Cables™ act like a spring when cut, so the ends need to be fused before cutting any damaged portion of cable back. LiveCore Cables™ are a stiffer cable, ideal for milling and heavy descaling. These cables are black in color, and should only be operated in the forward direction. The construction of the LiveCore Cables™ allows you to cut back damaged sections without the risk of the cable unwinding. Repair couplings are available for the 1/4 in and 5/16 in DeadCore™ cable, for use with the K9-102+ and K9204+ only.
