Power Team® hydraulic cylinder, high tonnage, series: R series, 10 in stroke length, 280 ton maximum force, function: double acting/hydraulic return, 56.7 in² effective area clamped, 567 in³ oil capacity clamped, 236 in³ oil capacity unclamped, 27.203 in extended height, 17.203 in retracted height, 10,000 psi pressure, 10-7/8 in OD dimensions. Cylinders come standard with swivel caps to reduce the effects of off-center loading. Cylinders may be dead ended without damage. Hard chrome plated, heat treated piston rod reduces wear on piston and gland nut. Built-in safety relief valve prevents over pressurization of the retract circuit. Each cylinder has two 9796 3/8 in NPTF female half couplers.
